I was very pleased to have been given a room with a slight ocean view even though I did not book an ocean view room. I booked a courtyard view and my room had both. The staff was very friendly and the on site restaurant was delicious.

The room was a bit outdated, but the hotel itself was beautiful! The staff was wonderful, the restaurant delicious and the service was excellent! Listening to the ocean right outside the room was the absolute best!!! The beds were comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to so many things! We will definitely stay there again!!

It’s a wonderful property close to everything. It’s only valet parking so make sure to have tip money. It smells so good everywhere and it was very clean. It’s right on the bay with beautiful views. The only bad thing was our shower drained very slowly. Other than that, no complaints.

Bed were too soft and sinking. Room was smelly. Front desk won’t pick up the phone. Not things you expect at a luxury hotel. This was a busy weekend and they were probably short staffed?
