Step through the sliding glass door and out onto your patio, cross the yard, and descend the staircase that leads to a porch swing, firepit, and finally the beach itself.

This home is just a little over 12 miles from the Clinton Ferry and conveniently close to restaurants, specialty shops, and grocery stores. Guests can walk less than a quarter-mile down the road to the Holmes Harbor Golf Course (always open to the public), or drive just two-and-a-half miles to the Blooms Winery on Whidbey Island offering indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting) and curbside pickup of fine wines and fantastic cuisine.
