“When her oncologist told my 90-year-old mother her her cancer was back, she had a bucket list trip in mind: to go back to Galveston. She first went there before she was two years old, and our family has been visiting for decades. Mom and her walker would not make it up the staircases in Galveston’s beach houses, so I was excited to find this condo. It was perfection —starting with an elevator for Mom, continuing with a heated pool for our November trip, & then its well designed 3- bedroom……
