“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

“Cozy for Two is 100% accurate! The space is beautiful and well appointed, Diane & Bernie even left us a welcome bag of goodies and a kind note. The pool is beautiful. The beach access is easy and we felt very safe throughout our stay. They have bikes to get around--and because we brought our own, they thoughtfully moved theirs into the garage so we could keep ours safely under their covered space. “Everything was great about the stay and the house was very clean, fully stocked with all you need and more, and great communication. The beach chairs and umbrella and golf cart were a plus and the covered outdoor area with the pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Beds were all comfortable and the living room seating was great for watching tv after being in the sun all day. Can't wait to come back and stay soon!”

“Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet.
