“Perfect Beach Getaway!”

We had a great stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach was just steps away, which made it super convenient. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect getaway for some alone time or for a couple. Excellent deck for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf views. Direct access to the beach is a big plus. Clean and quiet. Communication was excellent.

Winter Getaway

Second time at this property. Cold and wet weather set in but did not dampen our time. Had the place and the beach mostly to ourselves. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall a solid getaway.

Low frills beach getaway

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. The condo is as close to the beach as you can get and has all the essentials. We walked to a nearby bar and grill for some excellent sea food and spent most of our trip on the beach directly

Stayed here 8 years ago, great time ! This time, good time ! Needs a little TLC. Just had a hurricane there, so that’s why it needs a little TLC.

Great location!

Love being able to walk off the deck right into the sand. Condo is clean. Linens are very nice. Communication with management is good. This was our second stay.

Tropical Storm

We stayed during the recent tropical storm. Had really high tides, but we were lucky and did not flood. Beautiful location right on the beach! Needs a little updating for the price, but we enjoyed our stay. Need to be more forth coming with pet fees. Listing was vague about fees and costs. Cost an extra $220 for my two small pups that was charged after I booked and had already paid for my stay.

A great little retreat

We enjoyed 4 nights here. It is right on the beach and we had fun resting and playing. The dishes were dirty, a stair was broken and the bed squeaked so bad it was barely any sleep. The futon is really small and only space for one person. The management fixed the stair and apologized for the dirty dishes. No luck on sleeping though. The condo was otherwise clean and free of mold (often a problem at the beach). It was quite sufficient for our needs.

Good morning,Firstly, I would like to say that this had a GREAT location, right on the beach so I would give this part 5 stars.BUTthe accommodation was poor to say the least:Greatly in need of maintenance and being cared for.BATHROOMExtractor fan not workingToilet seat needs replacing- very wornShower head poorCaulking around bath tub needs replacingToilet handle needs attention, tightening Small hole in wallTowel rail will soon break off wallBathroom door does not closeSITTING ROOMI have photos of large hole in wall, ceiling peeling and poor painting if you need themSmoke Alarm does not work- major violation of codesDining room table leg is missing an adjustable footKITCHENDraining Rack needs replacingStove VERY old, burner off kilt, oven door not closing correctlyHole in wall.I understand from Neighbor that the washing machine was faulty but we did not useI think that the price was too high for the condo seeing that all these repairs are clearly not new and lack of spending by the owner.

Perfect little beach condo

My wife and I had a great time with our 2 dogs, the apartment was clean and cozy, right on the private section of the beach and there was always a spot nearby to set up our spot right by the surf. There isn’t technically an outdoor shower but we had a spot right on the deck to wash ourselves and the dogs off before coming back inside and the ac was nice and cool for us. We would definitely come back!

Roaches and ants. Messaged the host, said it had been sprayed and that’s why they were dead. No, dead cause I killed them. Brought me spray, didn’t kill a thing. No discounts, no apologies. Just there cause it’s “on the beach”. Couldn’t leave dogs food down to eat because of the invasion of ants. Totally disgusting.

Good spot on the beach

I’d give it 5 stars if there was at least one comfy chair in the living room and the mattress was firmer. (Of course that’s just personal preference.)
