This is our second time to stay here and we have loved it each time. The property is very clean and equipped with everything you need! They also provided a little welcome package with things you will need during your stay and I thought that was the sweetest!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an amazing weekend at this beach house! The location was perfect-just steps from the shore, and the views were absolutely stunning. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the views! House has a strange layout that felt like it would fit a party/scout/church group more than families (unless you have a bunch of kids that want to sleep in one area). Cute decorations but a little overboard on non-functional furniture making it feel cluttered. For the price, it could use a deep cleaning and some new appliances. There was a missing door shelf in the fridge and the freeze drawer didn’t always shut which was important to us since we kept diabetic food in the freezer. The oven looked too dirty to use. The entire roof was caved in on the outdoor shower and couldn’t be used and downstairs area needed to be cleaned up (things scattered everywhere like someone left in a hurry). We sent a message about the cracked window, collapsed shower roof and hole in the deck flooring. We expected more for the price we paid during off season.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location and view are excellent. Our stay would have been much better if the closet in one bedroomhad not been locked. The other closets were not usable. The house is pretty, but in need of some repairs and updates: uneven floors, boards on outside deck were loose, cracked glass on living room window, broken lid on coffee pot, the sofa had a wire on the side sticking out. Finally, even though the owner is not at fault, the water is not safe to drink or cook. So…overall ok, but not great.

Needs improvements

Property has good location but inside needs improvements. Both bathrooms doors downstairs and upstairs door did not close; there were no dressers in the bedrooms downstairs; the bathroom upstairs lack electrical connections to blowers, etc; the floor downstairs was uneven The AC didnot work.the company offered a 300 dollars refund due to the latter.. the stairs rom first floor to second were too steep.
