● Beach Access: Guests have their own private boardwalk over the dunes and down to the public beach!
● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for up to 8 cars on the driveway.
The double-height great room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the massive deck and the panoramic ocean views beyond. Shiplap walls add warmth to the clean, modern space. Two comfy sofas face a giant flatscreen television mounted above the fireplace. You’ll want to curl up here in the evenings with a cocktail and a movie or host a memorable game night with your whole group. Behind the living area, a spacious peninsula bar has ample bar seating on both sides and leads into the fully-equipped open kitchen. Glass doors from the kitchen entry space lead outside to the huge, oceanfront deck.
You’ll be pulled out here again and again by the sound of the crashing waves against the sand, the call of coastal birdsong, and the invigorating sea breezes. Take your morning cup of coffee out here and watch the sunrise over the waves. There’s an enormous table on the deck for dining al fresco to the sound of the waves as the twilight sky turns from pink to indigo blue.
The master suite lies off the living area and features a king-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. Glass doors lead out to the deck and the sweeping ocean views. The attached master bathroom has white shiplap walls, a double vanity, and a step-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a triple-stack of custom built-in twin-size bunks. The third bedroom on this floor has two queen-size beds set into charming antique iron frames. Another full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A fun and flexible lofted space that’s accessed from the living room has two full-over-full bunks and a flatscreen television.
On the ground level, a separate space doubles as a game room and 5th bedroom, with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed, plus arcade games and TV. Outside, picnic tables and a charcoal grill are set on a covered patio area, while an outdoor shower feels fantastic after a salty and sandy day at the beach. Your group will be torn on where to soak in the rays– the beach or the private pool! There’s also tons of parking space for multiple vehicles.
When you’re ready to hit the beach, simply walk across your private boardwalk, past the dunes and down into the warm sand and salty surf of the Gulf of Mexico. You never have to stress about packing up for a day trip to the beach— since you’re never more than a few steps away from the shore at all times. Gather your whole group together and tell them you’ve found the perfect home for your next trip to the Texas coast.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
