Bay View Villa is located in the heart of Nonsuch Bay , an exclusive gated private community. To the.North east of the county, very unspoilt,quiet and a stunning part of the Island . Sit in the wrap around terrace surrounded by Palms and view of the bay . The world famous Half Moon Bay ( nationalpark ) is less than ten minutes away and Englishharbour with its bustle and restaurants is 25 mins away . We are a beautiful one bedroom property with a panoramic wrap around terrace looking directly towards the beach and Antigua’s famous Green Island. Nonsuch Bay is a protected Bay famous for snorkelling,non motorised water sports and sailing .Daily boat trips up to Green Island are available at the resort for a fee.. Our fabulous on-site restaurant The Breeze is open for lunches ,dinners and delicious cocktails. Breakfast by request
We can assist with car rental ,taxis, sailing lessons , boat trips ,spa services and private chef services, freshly prepared meal delivery service, grocery shopping to name but a few!

The host messaged me promptly as soon as I booked the Villa. Merryl asked me when my plane was landing, gave my specific directions to the Villa, directed me to Natasha, and and even recommended a local rental car which we used :)When our plane landed Merryl was fantastic with communication and made sure we landed in Antigua. We did not get lost due to Merryls directions. Natasha met as on the property to give us a tour. Not enough praise can be said about Natasha. We inquired about extra excursions and connected us directly to the tours. The tours included the stingray, a day trip to Barbuda, and massaged on the beach. Natasha even ran us an emergency errand when we needed her.Property: When we arrive the property exceeded our expectations. The resort was gated and secure. The resort itself had a restaurant within 1-2 mins walk with incredible views a pool and gazebos. There is another pool on the property over looking the resort and beach. The beach is roughly the same distance 1-2 minute walk with lounge chairs and palm trees for shade. The resort also offers boat taxi which Natasha scheduled us for to different restaurant and snorkeling spots which we utilized. The property is Paradise :)The Villa was perfection. We overlooked the beach and palm trees. The doors opened to the wrap around balcony. The breeze is great in on this second floor Villa. Full kitchen, living room and laundry room accessible. There was wine water and fresh fruit for us upon arrival. THE BEST!

Our Host Person Necole was amazing. She greeted us on time and was helpful answering allOf our questions. The villa was amazing clean and very welcoming. All amenities were Available to us I will be looking forward to returning and hoping to have Necole to greet us

The host was so welcoming! My fiance and I stayed for a long weekend. The villa is very comfortable, clean and efficient. It is well ventilated and we didn't even need air conditioning. We slept with the balcony door open. The views of the water from the balcony are amazing. Meryl was hospitable and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay! Rent a car, because it is a remote area.

A beautiful unit in a small and quiet resort...a very restful and relaxing location! Merryl and Necole were fabulous and extremely helpful to deal with. The restaurant Breezes, although having limited hours, had wonderful service and food! Loved the place!

Blissful Bay

The condo was excellent just like pictures. Very quiet and relaxing. You could sit outside on the deck to eat read and just drink your morning coffee. The pools were clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We hardly used the air conditioner we open the doors and the ocean breeze kept us cool. The beach area Was well kept. Try the Rokuni restaurant our meals were Exceptional. The only drawback was you will need a car To travel. Merril gave us a great recommendation for a rental. Nicole the manager was helpful if we had any problems. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!

My husband and I stayed at Merryl's property on Antigua for the second time this January. Just like the first time, we loved everything about it. The villa is pretty and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the nicely furnished porch which has a charming view of palm trees, the ocean and shingled roof tops. Both Merryl and Necole, the property manager, respond very quickly to queries and needs. The grounds of the resort are nicely kept and the pools are beautiful. The beach and the pools have plenty of lounge chairs and available shade. We have been home less than a week and are already missing being there, making plans for next winter!

Relaxing paradise

Merryl's Villa is very comfortable, pretty and in a perfect location at Nonsuch Residences. The outside covered deck overlooks the water and is a perfect place to read or eat. It is a very short walk to 2 clean and inviting pools, the lovely beach and to the excellent on site restaurant, Rokuni. The grounds & gardens are nicely maintained with lots of birds. Necole, the house manager is delightful and helpful. Hope to come back next year!

Peaceful and Perfect

We had a wonderful 8 night stay. Communication with Merryl before arrival was excellent and check in was easy with Necole (and very accommodating to our arrival/departure times) The apartment is just as described and shown in the listing, beautiful. We had 8 great nights of sleep (disturbed only by the chirping tree frogs!) It’s a windy location (whilst we were there) but for us it was perfect, with the shutters open (insect screens in place) and the overhead fans on, there was no need for the A/C The apartment is airy and light and the outdoor space on the balcony is great with extremely comfortable seating and lounger. We spent many hours relaxing on the balcony, reading and enjoying the views. We only had a couple of issues, the fridge was temperamental but Necole and Merryl were quick to respond and did their best to resolve the problems; secondly the set top box didn’t supply any channels that worked, this though is apparently a Nonsuch Bay resort-wide issue which didn’t affect us greatly as we took a Firestick. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car. Half Moon Bay, a gorgeous beach with 2 restaurants is a 10 minute drive and English Harbour, with a fabulous choice of restaurants, is a 30 minute drive. We travelled over most of the island, going out for lunch every day (it’s easier and safer driving during the daytime, watch out for some extremely large potholes!) and had a light snack at home in the evening. The Rokuni restaurant (50 yards from the front door) is fabulous, we enjoyed one lunch and a dinner there. We had a truly restful break and can highly recommend staying here. Antigua is a beautiful island. We will be back.

Gorgeous Peaceful Villa

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this villa in Antigua. We were stunned with how gorgeous the property was! The villa is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity that you could possibly need in this secure and gated property. The host and her staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. The host gave us many excellent recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful clean well appointed

Exactly like The photos with gorgeous raised ceiling and many solid wood doors that open onto a breezy balcony, this condo was very enjoyable. Our check in was seamless as the host and housekeeper kept In touch with our progress after landing and offered many good Suggestions for activities on the island. The location is very quiet and secluded. There are pools and a beach with chairs within a short walk. The restaurant is very good and we Enjoyed drinking cocktails by the pool overlooking the bay. Probably the cleanest bnb we have stayed in and we appreciated the kitchen having plenty of pots pans utensils to make some meals. Thanks Meryl and Necole
