"The entire staff is just rude, no smiles, seem miserable and not welcoming at all! Minus a couple men at the resort who were all smiles. The place was decent, food ok, but staff ruined the experience for us. I mean getting a drink the bar was a hassle most of the time."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Nickron really went above and beyond to get us our favorite dessert (crème Brûlée). For our next vacation I will stay at the Royalton CHIC Antigua Again!"

"Cottage was clean, A.C worked great. Kitchen and bathroom was clean just had an ant problem. I traveled alone, the unit was very spacious. The pool was decent. Able to walk to the beach just be mindful coming back is uphill. Not many choices of restaurants but they will call a taxi for you. Staff ..."
