Gute Wahl für einen netten, gepflegten Aufenthalt in Freiburg i.B.; Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden war ausgeprägt und präsent ohne aufdringlich zu wirken - Dankeschön! Aus unserer, persönlichen Sicht haben wir uns einzig an den "sehr fluffigen" Schlafkissen gestört... auch die weiteren im Schrank aufgelegten Kissen waren für unser Empfinden zu softig...

Wir waren für ein Konzert für eine Nacht da. Der Service ist super! Und wurde beim Regenwetter direkt ein Schirm angeboten. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich. Da wir nicht im Hotel gegessen haben kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen. Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

So geht Hotel!

Erstklassig! Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abfahrt, erstklassiger Service, mega freundliche und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Hier ist der Gast allerherzlichst willkommen. Checkin schnell und unkompliziert. Lobby, Zimmer, Pool, Bar, Frühstück sehr schön. Mein 3. Aufenthalt im Colombi und ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im Dezember. Ein ganz großes Danke an das gesamte Team. Sie sind alle wunderbar.

The staff helped me get in earlier than normal, as I was only able to be there for 6 hours. This made my trip, as I got to clean up and have a shower, and then make a lunch appt with a friend from 25yrs ago… truly, I can’t say thank you enough to the staff for helping make this happen.

Amazing night

Dit hotel maakt zijn 5 sterren waar! Ik reis veel voor mijn werk en verblijf dan meestal in 4sterren en soms in 5 sterren hotels. Nu samen met mijn echtgenote ons 10 jarig huwelijk gevierd Met een diner en overnachting hier. Dit hotel heeft tegenover veel van andere hotels net dat stukje extra. De vriendelijke, persoonlijke benadering, het gevoel van luxe grandeur; juist dat maakt dit tot een echte “must-have” ervaring.
