「We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly...

「Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Dies verlieh der Unterkunft Charme und Style... Ebenso fanden wir die Kommunikation sehr wertvoll. Die Verwalter waren sehr hilfsbereit und auch sympathisch. Ebenso finden wir, dass das Preisleistungsverhältnis für 6 Personen ok ist. Was zu beachten ist: Die Wohnung ist schon sehr alt und weist an manchen Stellen Schimmel auf. Ausserdem ist das ausziehbare Schlafsofa nicht bequem zum Schlafen, von daher raten wir an "nur" zu viert die Wohnung zu...

「Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des Messegeländes. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und funktionell ausgestattet, hat einen Balkon und einen TG Stellplatz. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....
