「This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...

「Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in. The hospitality was warm, generous, and sincere. We were treated to a taste of Moncorvo’s traditional regional culture. Perfect location for exploring the Coa Valley rock art and the Douro wine region. 10/10!"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. 「It was quite a unique experience. The town is quite remote. The views are amazing and the villagers are very friendly and try their best to communicate regardless of your language. The apartment is well kept but just a little to dark for us, but others very much loved it. The owner Jose, was excellent in communication and very receptive to ensuring a pleasant stay.」

「Pros: Experiencing the quiet area, of course the vineyards, but also the pub in the village made the total experience. We spend 5 days to explore the culture and nature beauties. Regional food is great, the landscape is supurb and the wine tastings are lovely. Coming home every day and enjpying the hot tub made the days perfect.
Maria (the host) is lovely and very helpful.
Cons: There is nothing I can mention not worth the stay」

「Lovely little house that was surprisingly big for the 4 of us. Very clean, comfortable beds and good showers. The photos do not do this property justice - the kitchen looked way nicer even than the photos. Need to put more flattering photos in the listing.Lovely hosts.」
