A few minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu and Cannes, in the wooded and wild hills of the Esterel, on the residential estate of St JEAN de CANNES.

Shops 7 km away, sea and sandy beach 8.5 km away. Swimming lake or river 12 km away.

Nearest town: Mandelieu at 7 km.



Ground floor of 75m², completely independent (the owners live upstairs with their own separate entrance), spacious and open onto a private terrace overlooking the lovely swimming pool and offering a panoramic view stretching to the sea and the islands of Cannes.



Enclosed garden of 60 m², communal. Private terrace with garden furniture, sunbed and parasol.

Parking reserved in the garden. Swimming pool to be shared with the upstairs apartment, 8.5m x 4.8m.



The accommodation includes:

- Living room with lounge area and dining area, sofa, satellite TV with DVD player.

- Fitted kitchen-bar with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm)

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)

- Bathroom with shower and WC (ceiling height 2.10 m).

"Het uitzicht was mooi. Alle comfort in het huis.met daarbij een eigen parkeerplek. Binnen is het is wat gedateerd, maar alles is schoon en heel. Indien er iets niet goed is wordt het vervangen. Het huis ligt in een kleine afgelegen wijk redelijk hoog in de heuvels. Dichtbijzijnde supermarkt/bakker is 10 minuten met de auto." Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit etwas Investition in die Ausstattung könnte man die Qualität aber deutlich verbessern."
