Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that spans 82 square meters on the upper ground floor, with a north-east facing position. The spacious and fully renovated in 2022 apartment features a cozy furnishing, including a living/dining room with a panoramic window facing north, equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and access to a terrace. There are three bedrooms in total: one room without a window but with a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC, another room with a panoramic window and a window onto the courtyard, housing two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning, and the third room with a window onto the courtyard, also containing two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning.

Amenities Included
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) included.
