「What a great get away! The place is a part of a private home with access to the backyard, The backyard is a gem, full of wildlife. We saw deer, fawns, turkeys with babies every day. The description of the place is very accurate with clear instructions for check in and out. The kitchenette has appliances, like microwave and airfryer, but no stove (it is in the description but I missed it), so plan your meals accordingly.Overall, an amazing place!」

「The caboose was so charming and cute. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kimmy was very helpful and responsive! We would stay here again and recommend it!」

「Hosts Dan & Jennifer were awesome. Very sweet, attentive, and awesome people. Their communication was also wonderful. The guesthouse was immaculate and adorable. Very peaceful and beautiful yard. We spent a lot of time outside on the rocking chairs on the patio at night watching the twinkling blue and white lights that were in the surrounding trees. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the Colorado Springs area.Thank you both for all the great conversations and for allowing us to...

「This is a basement with high toddler traffic above you. Area clean but old, stains on couch where you would sit. Poor lighting outside. We decided to just drive home rather than stay the night If looking for something very basic, probably would work.」

「The PeakView Guesthouse was incredibly well located and fully stocked with essentials, necessities and even lots of extras. Jeff at the PeakView Guesthouse provided multiples of everything we needed and even a variety of snacks, a s’mores kit, tons of spices and condiments and other things needed for baking and cooking full meals. There were extra fans, space heaters, an air conditioner, games, puzzles, premium TV channels and apps., and so much more. We loved the hammock chairs outside under...

「Property was exactly as described and expected. Clean and nice!」

「Great place to stay! Saved us so much money on parking when we visited downtown! Hosts were very kind.」

「The rental did not have a full kitchen, full refrigerator, or access to the yard from inside. However, I should have read the details more carefully. The beds were very comfortable and the rental was a good distance from the activities we wanted to do.」
