“We always stay here and never had an issue . This time we checked in and given a room on the 3 rd floor . Room was extremely hot . They had huge fan in hallway blowing . When I checked out I ask the man if the ac was broken in on the 3 rd floor because it was so hot . We sweating just being in room and it was hard to sleep . He said “ya it’s broken but 4 th floor is worse”. I just think it would have been nice to know before checking in .”

“First off the staff was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. We had an issue with thenTV remote and the manager gave us a couple replacements that didn’t work. But then she spent her own time seeking out one that did work. 🙂 The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty. Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds. The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Broadmoor. I had not been there in over twenty years and we were 3 generations and all enjoyed it tremendously. Hotel staff was excellent! Only one slight hiccup was pool wait staff and cross communication. Other than that was a fun time! Doris Q.”

“They have done a great job updating this facility the only complaint is the ultra short toilets. It’s 2026 everyone uses the taller toilets. The kids love the pool and breakfast is always good.”

“This was such a beautiful place! The grounds are so well kept and you see so many beautiful trees, plants and stonework everywhere. We stayed only one night in Bighorn Lodge and it was a clean, comfortable room. We had to leave the next morning after having a great breakfast on the Castle patio. We will definitely return for a longer period so we can tour the castle, do the scavenger hunt, and just relax in the peace & quiet. Just FYI, there are no TVs in the rooms, which is ok with me.……

“The location is great - close to Garden of the Gods, resturants, and I-25. The location was in a safe location. The breakfast was good for 2 days. The remaining 5 days, it was frozen sandwiches to warm up in the microwave. The staff was helpful. It could improve by cleaning the room more often. I had to ask twice within my five day stay to have the room cleaned, new towels and coffee refills.”

“Very nice hotel, good service, large and clean rooms, especially very convenient parking, I will choose here next time!!”

“Only comment - it rained so poolside groups moved from poo areas lto protected seating adjacent and several of dads w their significant others/spouses and some family had overserved themselves and therefore made fools of themselves while bothering the couples, families sharing the shelter and/or eating. Staff did not address the men to request courtesy towards other guests so, ultimately, other guests left or crowded to opposite end of porch.”
