House has room A/C units but there is an effective evap (swamp) cooler which works well. Lots of parking. Owner is very helpful. So what are you waiting for?」

Two minor kinks during the stay would be the ice marker didn’t work and the water filter was not replaced. Everything else about the house was well furnished. The beds were very comfy. 「Our stay in Redding was great. The house is spacious and accommodated our 2 families very well. It was really hot while we were there and the AC and pool made for nice respite from the heat. The house is on the edge of town, nothing special as far as the neighborhood, you pretty much need to drive anywhere you need to go, but all the amenities are a close drive away.」
