"We asked for a non smoking room. The hallway on our floor smelled like smoke, our window was open in our room, the tv was set to Spanish, and the people above us were loud during the night. We have to stay in Louisville again soon and I won’t be going back. Very grateful my husband was with us. "

"Our family spring break here was near prefect. Liked villa and French Lick hotel pools. Clean condo. Well stocked for cooking, laundry and relaxing in jacuzzi. One night out at Chicago Pizza was great and happy with bowling at FL Hotel. Did not like the steep walk from parking area and unloading supplies, etc. Kids favorites were at the activity center at FL Hotel. Cost for crafts and tye dye shirt making were reasonable with villa discount. Planning to return."

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. Hotel staff were very kind all during my stay. I would have enjoyed a fluffier pillow and a bigger towel. "

"Our family had an amazing time at Crew Holler. Rodney was a great host who was extremely gracious. You could tell that a tremendous amount of thought and effort was poured into this property. Our two families have never stayed anywhere that had so many amenities. Every cabinet, pantry, and closet was stocked with everything that you may possibly need to enjoy your trip. The house and property have endless amounts of areas to gather, have fun, and spend time as a family or group. The next time we visit French Lick we hope the Holler is available. "

"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "
