We close at 8pm which is listed on websites , I also called you and left vm and sent you text message , there is also a after hour number posted on front door

What a wonderful motel to find for the eclipse in French Lick. I had driven past it many times, but this is the first time to actually stay there. I will be back.

Valley Inn was a nice little hotel. The room was decent sized and it looks like they had just made some renovations. The staff was very friendly and everything we needed was within walking distance. We would stay there again, if we went to French lick

We do have them in the handicap rooms , but yes they are not in all our bathrooms , please request a handicap room next time , thank you

They need to update a little. We found a dirty coffee pot. Pillows were hard. No handrails for the shower.

We are in the middle of updating , and the only room the have handrails are our handicap rooms , I will address the coffee pot with housekeepers .

The property is not what was advertised. The photos on Expedia showed a resort hotel from down the road from the actual property. When we arrived we drove past 3 times before we realized it due to totally different from pictures. The hotel closed at 8pm, it was 8:30 when we arrived. The staff lady was nice and helpful. We agreed to look at the room. After looking at it as well as my son looking, we agreed our wives and my granddaughter would not be safe staying there. The area around was run down and not well lit. We were being charged $200 for a $65 room. We returned the keys to the front and was promised a full refund. So far i have not seen a refund.

You had the property mixed up we are Valley Inn and Suites , where you are talking about is The Valley Tower, we are exactly what we show on line and you have been fully refunded as well

Great value and location
We enjoyed our stay. the property is dated and needs some attention but the staff is very friendly and the price is right. It's location is great. It has new ownership and they will, I am sure, make improvements. We will definietly stay again.
