"Clean Room. Great Staff, Excellent BREAKFAST!!! If i visit Baton Rouge, i stay again here."

"Hotel is great, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, staff is very hospitable. We did have an issue with the thin walls and doors between rooms. We were up until after midnight and awake at 5am with noise from the neighboring room's television and snoring. We did not get a good nights sleep. The hotel should absolutely consider fixing this issue. The noise traveled very well between the adjoining door. "

"The staff is outstanding - both professional and courteous. Offering breakfast and dinner for consecutive stay guests is over and beyond in my book and gets my business for sure!! The pool and other amenities are an added pluses!!! "

"The first week was fine, when the second week charges were paid they ran my card twice. Although the second charge dropped off after 3or 4 days it tied up my available balance and was very inconvenient. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. "

"The breakfast area desperately needs someone to bus the tables- very messy. Coffee thermos needed refills. Shower head loose from wall. Dirty glass at bar sink. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, malls, & Interstate. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be better "

"We enjoyed our stay but found the commode wasn't clean in our room. There was also a weird smell in the stairwell. "
