「Although the hotel staff was friendly and apologetic, the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations.
Upon our arrival, we discovered that the hotel elevator was not working. We were traveling with two elderly family members who had considerable difficulty climbing the stairs. This created an unnecessary hardship and significantly affected their comfort and ability to access their room.
More concerning, during the night, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in our room. Upon...

We were only there for a 2 day weekend and didn’t get to take advantage of everything the resort offered like the pool and the grounds walking paths. 「We loved this historic property filled with antiques & charm. Dale was most accommodating & quick to fix a minor problem with a leaky sink. There was plenty of room for us all & lots of nice touches. From the well appointed kitchen to the thirsty towels to the comfortable mattresses, we felt well cared for the entire time. Looking forward to our next visit!」
