「Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. 」

「Stayed at this hotel for a recent ski holiday. Beautiful hotel, very cosy, lovely rooms. Lots of communal balconies. Didn’t use the bar however looked lovely with board games and pool. Great boot room. Parking on request for €19 pd. Accessible to slopes by foot, around a 10/15 minute walk depending on how good you are at walking in ski boots. Also, there’s a free bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel which takes you right to the bottom of the slopes. Great stay, would definitely return next...

「2nd time we’ve been it’s an excellent hotel with the ski lifts right outside and a lovely pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a hard days skiing what more could you ask for!」

「Cheaper hotel in Val dIsere, whereby younger guests staying in this hotel. Youth party a few nights. Hotel personnel interrupted the party fairly quickly. rooms good, but we could not adjust the heating in the rooms, which were fairly warm. Personnel very helpful and kind!」

「It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. 」

「L'hôtel est très bien placé à proximité des pistes (pas de la partie premières glisses mais plutôt vers les pistes d'altitude). Les chambres sont spacieuses. La vue montagne est superbe. Quelques remarques toutefois : - La literie pourrait être revue (le matelas était très fatigué. j'étais littéralement dans un creux) en tous cas en inadéquation avec le standing 4* - Le restaurant manquait cruellement de serveurs et n'a pas le standing de l'hotel. Sans réservation, on nous a fait attendre tous...

「The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. 」

「Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...
