“The house, while small, was comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with plastic ware for the kids to eat on as well (terrific idea!) Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all look quite new. The kids found Connect 4 which they enjoyed playing, but no other games or cards to speak of (so just bring your own). We made use of the Weber and the coonara (wood supplied). The property has a big backyard……

“The property is perfect for relaxing for a few days. It is wonderfully spacious with separate areas downstairs - living and two bedrooms and common living areas and a gorgeous huge master bedroom with ensuite (loved the twin rainfall showers) at entry level. “Thanks for a lovely stay. The property was beautiful, clean and stylish - just as photographed. Plenty of room for kids and pets. BBQ was put to good use. Comfy sofa and huge TV were thoroughly enjoyed once children in bed. The nearby artisan bakery and coffee van were such welcome surprises. Loved exploring the nearby beaches in OG, Barwon Heads and Pt Lonny. My only suggestions for improvement would be split system AC in the bedrooms - can get hot on summer nights. bad experience

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
