「My friend and I had a great stay here with the dogs for our new forest weekend break! The house was easy to get to and had everything we needed…. Plus more! Would highly recommend. Thanks Oliver, I will remember this place for future new forest breaks!」

「Lovely place to stay. Right next to the new forest national park with easy access to so many nearby attractions. Will definitely return again. 」

「Great sized property set in very spacious grounds. Plenty of crockery etc in kitchen. Lightweight beach/pool towels were very a nice touch. The pool was great.Nice big BBQ but not sure when it was last cleaned. We did so before and after using it. 」

「Lovely place we will visit again」

「Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.」

「We had an amazing holiday - Sarah and Ashley were great welcoming us when we arrived and then helped with queries during the week. We would certainly recommend a great holiday」

「Lovely, beueitiful, big place to stay ,very friendly and helpful hosts, I stayed there for a weekend with my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and see San Fest festival, supposed to check out at 10am on Monday morning but the weather wasn't so great and we was leaving Bournemouth to London around 6pm ,so I contacted lovely owners let us stay for a bit longer. So yeah everything is nice ,the place and host's are 10 out 10.」

「Very nice property, well equipped, good location and a lovely garden which we used every day for dining. Configuration of rooms worked really well for our multi-generational party. Helen was very helpful and informative.」

「Easy to find, beautifully decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. Lovely views over the Solent and great enclosed garden for the dogs. Short walk to Waitrose and to chain ferry for Cowes. 」

「We had good time, a few miner details, showers in rooms didn't drain away quick enough,would have been nice to have mirror on wall in bathroom, very congested in kitchen with a few of us there, noisy neighbours which is not your fault, more T towels would been nice, Price for 2 nights bit steep」

「We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic. My family had a much needed rest and it was in great surroundings, would love to stay again perhaps for longer next time. Thank you Ian and his team」
