The Brisbar Villa has numerous rooms, 3 bathrooms, a family room w/fireplace, living room w/fireplace, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, pool, BBQ, plenty of outdoor lounge space including a game room. You'll feel especially safe in this established Visalia neighborhood.
Brisbar Villa is centrally located in Visalia, CA, close to vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, breweries & the Convention Center. Visalia is known as the Gateway to The Sequoias - 40 minute drive, 30 minutes to Three Rivers , 45 minutes to Fresno and 2.5 hours to Yosemite National Park.
Security cameras throughout all of the outdoors, coverage includes entryway, driveway, backyard patios, balconies and pool areas.

We could not figure out how to start the fireplace. The towels were very thin and there were no tables with lamps in any of the rooms. There were no dressers in any of the rooms. The pictures of the property overstate the size of the pool and the rooms. There was no TV in the bunk room. The electric stove was difficult to adjust cooking temperatures. The steps in the front yard should be lit as there was a fall and two near falls. The shower down stairs was small and lacked shelves or benches for bottles. The lack of lighting (no lamps) made the formal living and dining rooms dark for those of us that do not like overhead lighting.

Had problems with door automaton. The Host drove to the property to reset the system. We appreciated his driving to us within 10-15m.We had more family members wanting to stay over. But we didn’t have anymore room / space.“…We’re going to need a bigger boat!…”

Beautiful, comfortable, fun home for family gathering

The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving get together. The garage/game room was a highlight (ping pong, pool table, foosball). The bunk bed room is so cool and was fun for the kids (they said it felt like "camp") :) The comfortable living room, with an open floorplan connected to the kitchen, was perfect for playing games. Quite and very nice neighborhood. There is a really nice and fun park/playground in walking distance. The drive from this house to Sequoia National Park was easy. It was about an hour and a half from the house to the Sherman Tree Trail.

Stunningly Beautiful

My girls group stayed here and visited the sequoia national park. We loved this house. The house was immaculate with beautiful decorations, beautiful furniture, beautiful outdoor area. Very pleasant stay. Loved sitting around the pool and unwinding in the evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great homebase for national Parks

We had eight family members staying for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The bunk room is great for kids, the pool was clean and backyard very accommodating for outdoor activities. The garage has a bunch of games (pool, ping pong, foosball) that kept us entertained throughout the stay. Highly recommend this property as a landing spot if you’re exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Perkins Family (FL, TN and ME)
