- There is an ADU on-site at the back of the property that is being renovated. The grounds and pool maintenance staff will be present weekly on Monday, Thursday, and Friday and you may hear noise from the maintenance
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door facing outward. Camera 2 is located on the front corner of the house facing the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the rear exterior of the home facing the patio area. Camera 4 is located on the pool house facing the pool. Camera 5 is located on the rear side of the other on-site unit facing the side alley. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
