Great place to stay
Nice house, roomy and airy, well equipped. Great open front yard visited often by deer. One year we saw Sika deer. The location is quiet and very dark at night, easy to see stars we never see in the city.

Our excellent San Juan vacation
The lovely grounds made a pleasant, peaceful first impression. When entering the house, we were impressed with the decor, the cleanliness and the many attentions given to detail. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were a comfortable distance to town with easy access to Rouce Harbor. We stayed five days giving us time to explore all the highlights of the island with ample time to enjoy the house and deck. We would return gladly.

High School Reunion
Very nice property in a scenic location. Bunk beds in one of the rooms were a bit uncomfortable, however. Could be replaced with one twin bed.

Great Roche Harbor property!
Great house for a larger group including kiddos. Large kitchen area and two different tables make plenty of options for eating and lounging. It was rather hot, however, so if you need central air during those hotter days, this might not be the place for you. I am sure that during more normal temps, it's just perfect. The deck was wonderful, but tough during mosquito season - definitely bring bug spray! Overall, very lovely stay!

Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed our friend’s weekend here so much. The property is beautiful and is located in a perfect location for easy access to Roche Harbor. It has a perfect secluded feel and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property management team was excellent in communication, and are very courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Good property but some issues
This property was very nice - great location, rooms well appointed, beautiful deck and yard. The only issues we had were some cleaning issues. The entire floor in the kitchen, living room was very sticky (cleaning products used most likely) and some mirrors/windows were noticeably streaky. The oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner and not wiped down. We did notify the management company who did apologize and will work with the cleaning crew. The rest of the property was very clean - it was just that the items noted were very noticeable.

Quarry Point felt like home only cleaner
Quarry Point would be perfect for families, or two couples, plus a couple of kids but only my husband and I booked it for a week. Multiple windows taking advantage of views, (mostly forest), in every direction plus many skylights had me trying to turn off lights that weren't even on. Spacious wrap around deck provided multiple seating areas. Master bedroom and bath were quite large with soaking tub and walk in shower. We closed the doors to the other two bedrooms, bath, and laundry room to not waste heat. Parking was right next to deck and only two easy steps to negotiate on entire property. The property is very near Roche Harbor but you don't see or hear it. It was just a very comfortable and super clean home that we won't forget.

the place was a wonderful place to stay.
The place was a wonderful place to stay, less than 2 miles from the Resort in Roch Harbor, where all the activitys were we went for. Only drawback was not enough hot water to fill the Master Bedroom bathrub.

Would highly recommend this place!
My 2 sister-in-laws and I had a wonderful time here on the island. We were greeted by a sweet little deer that stayed around all week. The directions and all the information that was sent out was easy to understand and very helpful. Our only complaint is that the pictures did not do this place justice! We would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing Getaway
My family needed a place to relax for the week to get away from it all. This place was perfect! It had everything we needed. The yard was nice for my daughter to kick the soccer ball around and we enjoyed the deer that would graze there every day. My family loves to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect place for a family vacation
This home, uphill from Roche Harbor Resort on San Juan Island, is easily the best VRBO we have ever visited. Our group of five aged 19-59 had everything we could want or need, from 3 comfortable bedrooms to a well equipped kitchen to a beautiful deck and huge backyard. We enjoyed all the lawn games and several of the provided board games, we were visited every evening by deer and enjoyed the airshow put on by the little bats and we loved the tiny toads on the deck, followed by glorious views of the stars at night. During the days we hiked all over the island, including the ones we could do without getting in the car (don’t miss the sculpture park!) It was very nice, given the pandemic, to be able to cook comfortably on the grill and in the kitchen. We have to leave now, and we’d all rather stay another week.

Long Weekend in Paradise
We really enjoyed staying in Danielle’s home. Fantastic location (.7mile walk to Roche Harbor) beautiful setting with peak views of Westcott Bay, very clean home with every amenity you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils etc...Very comfortable and spacious with an expansive deck and yard!!!Not sure I wanted to share how fabulous this rental home was because we would love to book our trips here every time!

Peaceful and Perfect Getaway
Our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 kids <5 years old, 2 grandparents) had an AMAZING time. The house was super clean, and well-stocked for all of our needs. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the peace and quiet and the outdoor space to run around. We would definitely come back again. Expansive deck, trees, lawn and peek-a-boo view of Wescott Bay
Our party of 2 adults & 4 teens absolutely loved Danielle’s property. Immaculate grounds and home with all the accessories needed to cook, play and relax. We would return without a second thought. We enjoy cooking and loved the fact that the 3 non-stick pans were newer and completely scratch free. This is one small detail (too many to list) that only a cook might notice but greatly appreciate.

Peaceful Escape
Four friends enjoyed this property immensely. Very peaceful, lots of deer, comfortable home. We just brought the food and everything we needed was available. Outside games made for fun evening activities. We enjoyed biking, hiking and kayaking all near the property. We will be back! Thank you!

Lovely Getaway
Our family of four with two teen boys had a fantastic stay in this well appointed home near Roche Harbor. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill on the deck was used nightly for our dinners. We loved our evening corn hole and badminton games (tons of games in the closet) on the expansive lawn followed by a bath in the giant bath tub . Just a short walk down the hill is the lovely Roche Harbor and don’t miss a meal or take out at the Westcott Seafood Co. nearby. Great stay on this beautiful island!

Very nice!
We had a great time......loved the big deck and outside seating. The view of the bay isn’t as good as we expected. Very clean and fully equipped. We took all our food and ate in because of the virus and felt like the refrig was small for a group of 7.

We stayed here for a wedding at Roche Harbor and found the house to be very comfortable and it had everything we needed. It really felt like a homey space when you walked in, and we appreciated all of the little extras all over the house. We said it felt like we were staying at an aunt’s house or something because it felt so comfortable, not like some rental houses where everything feels sterile. We loved the location, and it was really easy to get around the island from there, and the scenery itself was beautiful. Our only issue with the entire listing was that it said there was a pool, when really it was a pool at the Roche Harbor resort, which was over a mile away and charged per person to use it. We found that to be a little misleading. But everything else was very accurate concerning the amenities, and we also appreciated all of the details in the binder as to guidelines for the house and info about the surrounding area.

VRBO has several pool categories and communal is one of them, this is where it shows the pool info, location and that there is a small fee. New favorite VRBO rental
This house is the best VRBO rental house I have ever stayed in. It is extremely clean and the owner/manager has thought of everything when stocking the house. There was even a box of chocolates and fresh flowers waiting for us upon entering the first time. That gesture sums up the experience we had at this house the whole time...constantly exceeding our expectations. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful, comfortable and private.
This may be the first place I’ve ever stayed where I felt as comfortable as in my own home, and also like a welcome guest at the same time. Really comfortable beds, sofa, and furniture inside and out. Nice homey touches like popcorn, coffee, tea, games and toiletries. It seems like every time we thought, “0h I wish we had....” there it was. Responsive hosts, easy to follow directions everywhere, and all needs anticipated. Really beautiful property. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this property for Thanksgiving! The kitchen was big and well stocked with dishes/pans/etc. for me to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family and in-laws. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautiful (I loved the Master suite!). It was fun to drive into both Roach Harbor and Friday Harbor to walk around. Check in and out were super easy. Since it was rainy we didn't use the outdoor space, but the deck was huge and I could see loving that feature during the summer months!

Exactly as pictured, beautiful inside and out with daily visits from deer.
Beautiful house with lovely furniture and art. Extremely comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen well supplied making it inviting to cook and prepare food. Internet and cable worked perfectly. Quiet, peaceful and close to Roche Harbor. Definitely would recommend it.

We loved our stay at Quarry Point. Very warm, inviting home with everything you could ask for. Beds were comfortable and the home included every amenity needed for an extraordinary vacation stay on the island. Even at request, PM provided tools and buckets for clamming and even sent directions for several locations on the island where we could go. We felt they cared very much about our experience and we appreciated it! We'll be back again. ☺️

We loved this place!
The first thing we said when we arrived was that we should have booked this lovely home for a week rather than 3 nights. The location was fantastic with a partial water view and deer on the lawn! It is secluded and very private. The home is beautifully done and very comfortable with everything you would ever think you would need. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable in every way!

The property was beautiful and all the little extras were great. Beautiful fresh cut flowers on the kitchen island was a very nice touch and so inviting. So wonderful to sit on the deck every morning and evening and watch the deer come up to feed. Definitely will be back!
