Our daughter and 6 grandsons stayed at Grandma Rikki's in Friday Harbor & it was a blast!! So much to do on the property for all 6 kids ages 3-13!! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing and Grandma Rilki was very welcoming. We will be back one day!!!

Our annual Family Vacation, where we all get together in a relaxed, non-rushed itinerary. The kids exclaimed that this was the best we ever did. We've been to the seashore, the mountains, a river, and a lake. The kids are asking if we can go back to Gramma Rikki's house.

Great multi-generational family vacation!

our family of 10 (grandparents, parents and kids aged 8-14) had a great stay at Gramma Rikki's. The pond was so fun for kids to kayak, swim and paddle in. The beds were incredibly comfortable so all slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved it!

Family Gathering

This place was perfect for a multi-generational family gathering. The youngest kids enjoyed the pond-like pool. Adults and older kids had fun playing pool. Everyone appreciated the comfortable and beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for folks to gather or find a little quieter time for themselves.

This property has something for everyone! Comfy rooms and beds, oodles of amenities both indoors and out, and in a secure and stunning setting. We actually found it difficult to leave this oasis to explore the island. 😀. Gramma Rikki was over the top welcoming and loved sharing her dogs with our grandkids.

perfect get-away

We were a family of ten including 7 adults and 3 children. We found Grandma Rikki's home to be spacious and welcoming. There was room for everyone and we all enjoyed the outside activites. The home is about 20 minutes from Friday Harbor and a perfect blend of nature and the ability to reach town quickly. You will be about a mile from Kiln Lime Park, where we watched the orcas. We found our host to be gracious and helpful. Thank you Grandma Rikki for the best family vacation!

Delightful Place on San Juan

Gramma Rikki's marvelous home was the perfect spot for our family get-together. The listing shows the extensive amenities and we loved every part - the lake and water toys, playground, hot tub, games, etc. It's a special place for playing together, hanging out on the gorgeous grounds, enjoying lively family meals, and for quiet moments in the stunning house. Gramma Rikki lives in a separate house on the property, and she personally welcomed us and truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated her help getting our car charged. So much was delightfully unique about our stay, and we hope to return soon.

Amazing, beautiful!

Our host, Gramma Rikki, is a gracious, friendly and a multi-talented person. She was very communicative from the time we reserved and all during our stay. Her property is beautiful and well maintained. Two of our family members spent a lot of days biking and hiking. The only difficulties we encountered were getting ferry reservations for the times that worked best for our travel schedule. Recommendation: call or get online as soon as you book your stay at Gr. Rikki's.

Great place for relaxed multi-generational family get together!

We stayed here for a week with our kids and young grandkids. The house was perfect for accommodating everyone yet allowing everyone some personal space. Great spaces for interacting over family dinners, out on the deck or out on the grounds. The lake and kayak were a hit with our 3-year old granddaughter. Our dog loved roaming the grounds, but was contained by the deer fencing. The house was very nicely appointed and well provisioned. A short drive to beaches at Lime Kiln and Co Park. Gramma Rikki was helpful on check-in and available with suggestions for activities. Definitely a place we would consider returning to in the future.

Beautiful home on a beautiful island!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The home is fully equipped and has many activities great for the whole family (pool table, ping pong, trampoline, beautiful lake, etc.). We Bbq’d and ate on the large, ocean view deck almost every night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on this gorgeous island.

Such a wonderful home the photos do not do it justice!

You will love this home, don’t hesitate to book. The pond was so beautiful and provided hours of fun for the kids. Park is a short walk down the road and home is centrally located on the island.
