Teilweise Schimmel im Haus und die Heizung (Nachtspeicherheizung) lässt sich nicht regulieren, erst kalt, dann viel zu heiss. Gesamtbewertung leider nur befriedigend!

Das Haus ist bis ins letzte Detail ausgestattet und auch bei Sturm und Regen sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Der Garten ist liebevoll bepflanzt und alles hat maritime Stimmigkeit. Ohne Trubel mit vollem Einkaufskorb lässt es sich hier herrlich aushalten. Liebevoll auch das niedliche Kinderzimmer mit Dachfenster. (Und TV 😅)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. 50m bis zum Watt - besser geht's nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr herzlich.

Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub wegen Baulärm vorzeitig abbrechen. Bei der Nachfrage zur Rückerstattung eines Teilbetrages des Mietpreises zeigte sich der Vermieter leider wenig kulant.

Saubere Wohnung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr ruhig, kurzer Weg bis zum Meer. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und Angestellten. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein Bäcker um die Ecke, ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Lg aus Rheda-Wiedenbrück k.W.
