"The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again."

Only two complaints, and this is mostly with the vacation rental property industry, check in at 4:30p and check out at 10am, is a very tight turn around and super inconvenient when you are trying to enjoy a little extra rest on your vacation or weekend away. Check in times are getting later and check out times are getting earlier and rates are continuing to go up. Second, the pool are absolutely frigid. It felt like swimming in fresh snowmelt. Like actually. And the hot tub was like warm."

"This cabin was the perfect fit for our family of three plus our mini bernedoodle. The location was walking distance to Main Street and a short drive for skiing at Keystone and sightseeing at Breckenridge. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening along with the sound of the stream near the yard. We would love to come back for another visit!"
