- Very comfortable 5 bedroom 3050 SF 4.5 bath (3 master suites each with private full bathroom) home on a mountain stream near several ski resorts (Copper 10 min, Breckenridge 15 min, Keystone 15 min, A-Basin 20 min, Vail 30 min, Frisco Peninsula Nordic Skiing 5 min.) Neighborhood next to Summit County Bike Path & National Forest for hiking, biking, & sledding; Rainbow Lake hike starts 2 blocks from home. Well-maintained clubhouse (600 feet from home) has hot tubs, indoor swimming pool, racquetball court, sauna, tennis court, & locker rooms. Walk (1/2 mile) to Main Street restaurants & shopping.
Home organized to maximize comfort with 3 bedrooms having their own private full bath. Main floor has 2 master queen bed/bath, family room, dining area, & kitchen. Lower floor has a queen bedroom, full bath, a large living area with gas fireplace, TV, ping pong table, & bedroom with 4 twin (bunk) beds & queen bed. Upper floor has master queen bed/bath, office, & deck with incredible views.
Kitchen fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances & granite counters. 1 car garage & driveway parking for 3-5 vehicles. Washer/dryer in laundry room.
WIFI high speed internet accessible throughout home. Front patio includes a gas grill & gas fire pit. Back deck overlooks a flowing mountain stream.
