INSIDE THE CONDO
Pull into the Marina Park condo complex and drive under the building, making a right and pulling into the 4th garage bay.

Enter the tiled entry from the garage, where stairs lead to the main living areas and a hallway to your left. Down the hall to your left, a set of double doors hides the side-by-side washer and dryer.

At the top of the stairs, a coat rack and bench on the landing provide a place to keep your winter coats and boots.

Up another set of stairs is a guest bedroom, offering lots of privacy, peace, and quiet. It comes complete with huge walk-in closet, king bed, and a large picture window. A separate seating area houses a 42” flat-screen TV, stone fireplace, armchair, and couch that pulls out to a full-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has high-end finishes, a granite-top single vanity, toilet, and a tub and shower combination.

Another set of stairs leads to the main living area, where gleaming hardwood floors flow throughout. Next to the kitchen, a dining area offers a solid wood 6-person table perfect for meals and good conversation. A massive breakfast bar seats 4 on barstools.

You’ll swoon over the gourmet chef’s kitchen, detailed with black granite counters, high-end stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash. Next door, a wet bar has a wine fridge and extra storage. A powder room with toilet and pedestal sink sits conveniently just off the kitchen.

When the snow is blowing, gather in the cozy sunken living room with a fire blazing in the stone fireplace. Flip through the channels on the 55” flat-screen TV as you sink down into the comfy leather sectional.

A private balcony houses a hot tub just off the living room, where you can enjoy bubbling water and mountain views.

Up one more flight of stairs, the private master suite is a true retreat with a stone fireplace, king sleigh bed with leather headboard, 46” flat-screen TV, and small private balcony. Its en-suite bathroom comes with double sinks, extra counter space, walk-in shower with bench seating, and a separate water closet with toilet.

Marina Park complex amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and another hot tub.

THE LOCATION
Situated in the heart of downtown Frisco, this cozy Marina Park condo sits right on Main Street, giving you easy access to dining and shopping. Grab a bite to eat at Ollie’s Pub and Grub across the street and end the night with a pint at the Backcountry Brewery next door. Fun for kids of all ages, the Frisco Historic Park and Museum (8 minutes on foot) explores the history of the area and features lots of interactive exhibits.

Walk 5 minutes to Frisco Marina, bustling with all kinds of water activities in the warmer months: try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, sailing, and boating.

The area’s best skiing is easily accessible with Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts only 15 minutes away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
