MAIN FLOOR

The main feature of this home is the incredible views from the balcony on the main floor. The unobstructed view over Lake Dillon are breathtaking and on a clear day you will see Gray and Tory’s Peaks, Breckenridge, Keystone, and a wide swath of the Rocky Mountain Gore Range. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. The second bathroom has doors that open to the second bedroom and the atrium by the front door. The living room has a gas fireplace, lots of windows, and vaulted ceilings and opens to the well-appointed kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen.



TOP FLOOR

The third area is a loft style lounging area and private bathroom located at the top of the stairs.



Lake View is an incredible property with some of the best views in Summit County. Equipped for time together – there's the well appointed kitchen, cozy living room with flatscreen TV and gas fireplace, and room to spread out – the townhouse also offers room for everyone. There is a community hot tub and gas grill. The grill is only available for use during the milder seasons.

Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
