Enjoy the beauty of the Colorado Rockies while relaxing in style! Remodeled in 2014 with hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, this mountain studio sleeps 2. This Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts condo is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and full kitchen. Enjoy the common area indoor hot tub, which is open during the ski season November - April.
Upon entering the condo the full bathroom is located immediately to your right, with a walk in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals in if you would like. This is a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and standard 12 cup coffee maker. The round dining table includes stool seating for 4. In the living area enjoy the wood burning fireplace, television and queen size bed. Also enjoy the views from the Juliette balcony accessed by the sliding glass door.
Just a block off of main street, you can walk to all the boutique shops or restaurants Frisco has to offer. Hop on the free Summit Stage bus to access skiing just 2 blocks from the condo.

Not worth the expense
The efficiency was adequate in that we had a bathroom and bed. There was no ac, which would have been fine had there been a ceiling fan. The worst discovery was the lack of internet. Because we arrived in town a day early, and the efficiency was unavailable, we stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott the day prior to this studio. At this hotel, we had the ability to control room temperature, access to internet, and the room was designed to handle luggage/gear. The real shocked was that is was significantly LESS expensive per night. I will say, the location of this studio was great.

This is a nice studio just steps from downtown Frisco. The pictures accurately capture the charm of the place. The property was clean and I would stay here again.

Clean and modern comfortable and warm . I am a resident and my adult child stayed here to quarantine. Perfect for that, and close in literally feet to shops and eateries. Small but that was clearly explained in ad.
However , being this is an older building and owners collectively pay for internet and cable it would help if the owners on their own dime could possibly install a router and provide internet within the room If you need to work remotely you can only access internet from the lobby.(hotspot can only be accessed through comcast) this was stated in the FINE print .
Altogether a good choice for a long weekend if you aren"t working remotely

Short and Suite
It was nice but not perfect. The renovation to the kitchen and bath were amazing. The overall facility was not as nice as the unit as very dated. Unit #318 is exactly as stated a studio, much the size of a hotel room. The communication is out of this world good; almost too much. There was a lot of drawer space, however, 4 of 6 drawers had bed clothes/sheets in them. The bed mattress was just okay for us and was not the quality I would normally expect and the comforter was weighted and my wife nor I liked it at all, however this is simply personal preference.

We won’t return
This unit had places that were very dusty, was noisy because it faced main street, had a microwave that didn’t work at all and was never fixed, a refrigerator that didn’t seal and was never fixed and a coffee maker that didn’t work well. We stayed in this building last year and the building had a shareable luggage cart that made loading in and out very easy. This year the cart was gone and we had to hand carry all of our things in many loads up to the room. We won’t stay here again.
