Welcome to your Frisco mountain escape—quiet neighborhood, great views, and just one block from Main Street.



This 2BR/2BA ground-level condo is walking distance to downtown Frisco and near 6 world-class ski resorts.



The Summit Stage bus stop is 100 yards from the unit—offering free access to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, and more.



In summer, walk to the Frisco Marina, beach, and playground, or explore nearby hiking and biking trails.




Our unit is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.

• Master bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, private en-suite with walk-in shower.
• Second bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, located across from guest bath.

• Bathrooms: Two fully stocked baths with towels and free toiletries—one with tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower.

• Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, 43" smart TV, gas fireplace, and mountain views.
• Kitchen: Granite counters, updated appliances, separate pantry, bar seating, and dining table for four.
• Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer in kitchen closet.
* Patio: Two seats and a BBQ grill perfect for summertime

• Extras: Covered parking, two fans, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Pack & Play/ Baby supplies.



The Summit Stage bus stop is nearby, providing free service to six ski resorts and local towns. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, Ten Mile Creek, and the lakefront Frisco Marina.




This 2BR/2BA unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.




We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

PARKING

Two parking spaces are allotted for this home. There is 1 assigned parking space #2 under the carport on our side of the parking lot (The #2 space on the other side is for the other building. Another spot is available in the lot next to the carport, first come first served parking. 2 parking passes are in the front of this book. Return them to this book at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement cost for each pass.




SKI LOCKER

Numbered 2 and is located on the backside of the building.



TV & STREAMING

The living room has a smart tv and offers Xfinity cable. Both bedrooms have Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services, please log out before checking out.



WASHER & DRYER 
Stackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen, with detergent provided above it or under the kitchen sink.




SLEEPER SOFA LINENS

A linen set and extra pillows are in the master closet. If used, leave the sleeper sofa open with the sheets on for housekeeping to remove.



THERMOSTATS

This home has 3 thermostats that controls radiant floor heating. One in the entryway and one in each bedroom. When checking out, set all thermostat to 60 degrees.




COOL AIR

There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.





TALKING TRASH

You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, next to the carport.




LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES

Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. For hard-to-reach ceiling lights, please contact us, and let us know if you’d like it done during your stay or after check-out. Be sure to include the property name in your email.




EMERGENCIES

There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.



ELECTRICAL PANEL

Electrical box is located in master bedroom behind the door should a breaker trip.
