This home is IDEALLY LOCATED at Triangle Park on Main Street. Enjoy all the outdoor activities of beautiful Summit County Colorado: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking on recreation paths as well as forest trails. Across the street from Lake Dillon and Frisco Marina. Free bus within a block to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A- Basin ski resorts. Return to the front deck hot tub and BBQ, the incredible view. Or stroll down Main Street to any of the numerous restaurants.

Summer Escape to the Mountains

The property was very nice, well-appointed, and included everything you would need in the kitchen. There are lots of stairs, which isn't apparent in the photos, but the layout was quite nice. Beautiful park in front of the unit and easy access to the Frisco Marina and Main Street.

Great condo & perfect location

Condo is in great condition and has everything you need. The location is ideal for accessing Breck, A-Basin, etc. & Frisco shops/restaurants are all walking distance. You can even see the lake fireworks from the porch.

Great holiday weekend!

We had a fabulous weekend at Bob and Dorothy's wonderful property! The condo was perfectly clean, the kitchen very well appointed with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We really loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the beautiful little park! This is a great property for families. Bob and Dorothy are wonderful hosts - left us with coffee and cookies to get our weekend started - thank you! My only caution is for those who have mobility issues - there are a lot of stairs to climb...so be prepared.

New Years Stay

We had a wonderful family stay in this condo over New Years. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt very spacious. We absolutely loved the location! On main street but tucked back so didn't feel like it was on a street at all. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and the ski shuttle was just a block away. Lovely view of the Christmas lights from the family room..a fun bonus! And of course mountain views as well. Owner communicated very well and responded quickly before our visit to answer the few questions I had. Check in was easy. Garage was super nice to have as it snowed a few days while we were there---always nice to avoid scraping the windshields! We had a minor glitch once we were there, but the owner was impressively responsive and dealt with it all quite professionally. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kitchen was well appointed and had some basic spices, oils, etc. to make it easy to do a bit of cooking. Appreciated! Beds were comfy, heated floors were cozy, as were the gas fireplaces. I highly recommend this condo and we are already looking forward to staying here again!

Great Stay

The condo is very roomy and the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms are on different floors offering privacy. Our kids could stay up late and chat without bothering us. Didn't use the kitchen much but we made a couple of breakfasts and had everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub - the old folk used it in the morning and enjoyed the view while the young folk used it after skiing. Also, the condo is very close to the bus for skiing. And we really enjoyed Frisco as well; smaller than Breck but less touristy too. And this condo is right off of Main St so you easily walk to the shops and restaurants.

Great loacation and property

Great condo and great location in Frisco. Property says “no pets”, but white dog hair in the condo. My socks were covered.
