Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Alpineview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. Your group will love this place!

This comfortable 2-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. And you’ll love stepping out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful forest and mountain views!

Other amenities include central laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a good location near shops and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate us. The property manager was also very good at communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The company that manages this property prefers to communicate through text messages which is less professional than the operator of the overall property, which is onsite. The unit's ducts are very dirty, and the unit could use a deep cleaning and update of the furniture. Nice but dated. Be aware: this is a third floor unit, no elevator.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

Great centralized location to hit Breck, Key, and Vail. Good amenities, and hosting company was super responsive. For example the 2 humidifiers they provided were both broken, so they sent us/delivered 2 brand new humidifiers same day, no problem! Great service

Mountainside Stay in Frisco

This property was perfect for a quick getaway with our kids before school started. The location was close enough to Main Street to walk and close to the trailhead for Rainbow lake. The rental was very clean and the check in/out process could not have been easier. The property manager checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions that we might have had. It was great having access to the club house on the property as we used the pool and outdoor hot tubs almost every day. We are looking forward to staying here again on future visits.

Great mountain side condo

Close enough to Main Street Frisco to walk, but far enough away to have peace and quiet and an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The condo is old, but kept in great shape, and was very affordable per night for a place that sleeps 4 comfortably. It was perfect for our group to stay while hiking the area. The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Really enjoyed our time here.

Perfect location!

Perfect location for skiing at all major ski resorts. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tons of towels and toiletries. Even two humidifiers! Fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was a bit crowded with the round table and five chairs. Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). But a really lovely place, just missing some of those nicer upgrades.

Great family condo in Frisco

We were happy with the location of this condo for a family ski trip to Copper Mountain. We loved the jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, and pool in the clubhouse. The condo was as described and pictured. Minor items like sharpening kitchen knives and updating the shower head in the master bath could be addressed to make it even better. I would book this property again.

This place was great, exactly as described, great location to ski multiple resorts. The place has one covered parking and one uncovered parking spot, which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great for large families

We have a large family. The extra space over the kitchen with the daybed as well as bunk bed room very helpful for us. Lots of space for the money. We enjoyed Frisco as location. Would need a car. Also on 3rd floor which gives beautiful view off the balcony but just note the stairs.

Wonderful!

Jerome was an excellent help and I appreciate his work so much with our questions throughout the stay. The place was beautiful. Thank you so much for everything. 2 issues. There are outlets that don’t hold the plug. And there are nails poking through the drawer in the master bed dresser that could rip clothes. Thanks for everything!

Left the same day we arrived

The Condo was clean but it was much smaller than we expected and there was no air conditioning and due to the altitude we could not breathe and my mother-in-law was having issues with her blood pressure 190/110 so we had to leave and cancel our vacation. this was a costly lesson and I will not be renting my more from VRBO.
