Property could use some updating. Not much space in master bedroom to store belongings. (A dresser where TV is would help. TV could sit on top.) Problem with stool and sink in bathroom off master bedroom.

A little rough around the edges, carpet mainly, however with the way some people treat things, hard to keep up with. Great water pressure. Some previous reviews mentioned the beds. The bunk is now very solid and the mattresses were very comfortable if you like firm, which I do. Loved the variety of pillows. Very easy to get comfortable. Overall I would not hesitate to come back.

Brady bunch & Hell's kitchen

Pros: The property management was great. They were very attentive and communicative. The property was clean, conveniently located, with a very workable layout. The coffee was good. Plenty of plates, bowls, glassware. Functional bedroom storage. Thoughtful USB plugs on the back of the nightstand. Cons: Mostly 70's artwork, 70's furniture, small TV. Curtains not fully attached in living room. The lighting is a mix of new and old fixtures. Hilariously old. I wanted to paint eyeballs & lashes on the lights in the dining room. The Bathrooms: Dixie cup dispenser (younger folk might not know about these), low sinks, melted trash can. The Kitchen: If you like to cook, this is NOT the kitchen for you. There is a new oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, but everything else in the kitchen is poor quality. The one plastic spatula was cracked. Old fluorescent light over sink doesn't work. No sprayer in sink, just a old simple faucet. Mediocre pots and pans that I organized because they were all over the place. Very minimal basic supplies. I bought and left some cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla. Cheap knives, not very sharp. Lot's of older plastic utensils, measuring cups, etc. I don't think I'd go back to this property, but I would definitely reach out to the same property managers and see what else they have.

Very dark and smelled awful

The picture looked MUCH brighter than the place. When we arrived there was a missing lightbulb, a broken fan that was taped together that my husband turned on and cut his finger since it was “taped” and the plastic blade flew apart. The bunk bed in the kids room was super wobbly. Thankfully the maintenance person was able to fix those issues, the day after arrival but I don’t think they should have even taken place had they done a full cleaning as well as check that all the lights worked. Some of the outlets did not work as well as switches on the wall that should have corresponded to the lights in the room. The microwave smelled quite a bit every time we used it. Very disappointed as the pictures did not represent the place we rented as well as the smell was pretty powerful every time we came home.

Very disappointed in my stay. The condo was not clean. Floors were dirty, crumbs on the couch and floor, debris on bedroom and bathroom floors. Condo is in need of some upgrades. The floors have stains and as another commenter mentioned, it looks grungy. The master bed is nearly as hard as the floor. I like a hard bed, but this was intolerable. Tried the bottom bunk and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there as it isn’t stable, although the bed was slightly less hard. The bunk beds move quite a bit making it not safe to sleep under or on. The place is noisy. I think the unit above had their kids put on ski boots before leaving at 6am and then sent them running around the unit and screaming down the halls. If you’re sensitive to smells, they spray something that smells like chemical air freshener in the condo that will give you a headache for 2 days until you can air the place out. Couldn’t get the pod coffee maker to work, but they did have a regular drip. It’s a great location, but most places are in Frisco since it’s a small, walkable town. That isn’t worth the lack of sleep you’ll experience if you rent here. Book early and you’ll get better options for the same price. Unfortunately, my booking was a last minute trip and this was the only condo available for my dates. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Great property and location

Enjoyed the location and condition of the property for our ski trip to CO. Loved having a huge assortment of cooking utensils when we decided to cook our own meals. Everything about the property was comfortable. Only complaint,, as with any buildings with outside entrances to individual condos,, it was a bit noisy at times, as there were groups outside smoking outside their doors/on the second level deck in the evenings, moving up/down the stairs, etc. Appreciated that they moved away from the building when we asked so odor did not rise to second floor entrance area.

Ski Getaway

The property was perfect for myself and my two adult children for a three day ski getaway. We had originally planned to ski one day each at Vail, Breck and Keystone but due to the poor snow conditions decided to ski Vail all three days. The property is located less than a mile from the interstate and Vail is only a 25 minute drive making the location ideal. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with the property.

Great location

Great location just a couple of blocks away from Main St. The unit was very clean on check in and had most of what we needed although among the missing were plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters, salt/pepper. The unit is pretty dated, but not bad overall. The carpet is in serious need of replacement or a very, very deep cleaning. Loaded with stains making it seem pretty grungy. Definitely not what you’d expect from the pictures. The beds were decent, but I think the mattresses could also stand an upgrade. And I think something needs to be tightened up on the bunk beds. It squeaks every single time you move. All that being said, it was a nice home away from home, in a great location, and we’ll likely be back.
