Spring Break

We loved everything about this property! Frisco is such a charming town with easy access to skiing. The property had great parking (covered spot came in handy when it snowed), was very clean, and had upgraded appliances. We look forward to renting this condo again!

Condo was clean bright and well appointed, no complaints about location or physical bldg. Only complaint was management co- would not provide address of property until 5 minutes before arrival- requested additional information less than 24 hours b/4 arrival with a notice stating reservation may be cancelled if not received. Chg of 50 per night for dog but requested dog be taken off premises to do their business- no designated area or property boundary noted. I rented this on VRBO didn’t know I would be dealing with Summit Rentals.

Amazing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
