「Where do I begin....this property was filthy....filthy, the shower water, which I assume is well water STINKS! I let it run a bit just to get it flowing and still....IT STINKS...I didn't want to shower in it....so I bought a bunch of gallons of water and bird bath it in the bathroom sink.... The BED...the mattress was non existent..called housekeeping, they said sorry this bed is very old. Didn't this property just get renovated? Never will I ever..stay at this property again...plus I've...

「The swell staff were all so friendly, including the cats. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't have a single problem. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the OBX.」

「They are unable to accommodate the handicapped. Refuse to help. They blame Expedia and in turn Expedia blames them. Got nowhere talking to either party. Had to go out and buy a suction bath handle just to get into the shower. If you are handicapped stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not care about you. You give them all the money up front and they couldn’t care less about you. There is no office to go to if you have problems. Worse Experience Ever!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!」

「The hotel is used for full time residents which were having an open fight in front of their multiple children living on the premises, the screaming at each other using profanity and children running around in diapers and underwear unsupervised in the parking lot was very off putting. The hotel also accommodates local workers which live on the premises as well, very nice men but not really a family atmosphere for vacationers. It is not very inviting to guests on actual vacation or fishermen with...

「Difficult review to do - this area has been damaged by hurricanes and it’s very evident in surrounding area. This mom and pop type motel was built in the late 50’s - a small one story brick building with only 11 units. The owners/ managers aren’t on site. When we pulled in, we were ready to leave. HOWEVER - the owner happened to be there and showed us the units. They were spotless. Floors were clean, beds had nice white linens, towels were big white and fluffy. Small refrigerator and microwave....
