"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve.
Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."

"The accommodations were poor. It was very small, the beds were not comfortable, they did not provide enough bed linens for all the beds, and there was a bag of dirty towels left behind and no clean towels. The WiFi connection was poor and kept disconnecting. The aqua center was the best part but the accommodations were terrible"
