“Apartment was occupied by someone else when we arrived despite the rental being confirmed. Thankfully we avoided walking in when someone was there. But two parties having access to the security code to get in is a problem in so many fronts — could have gone horribly wrong, Nevermind the terrible inconvenience this caused us. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages. Had to contact VRBO for a refund. They were helpful but there were no rentals available in town that night AT ALL. This host……

“A wonderful alternative to staying in a local hotel. Location was a short 10 minute drive from Perth and offered a cottage setting complete with access to a dock to enjoy the local vistas. Studio was beautifully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen if you desired a home cooked meal. Our host also had a fire pit ready to use outside our door. We would love to come back here in the fall to enjoy the autumn colours!”

“In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. “We had a great stay - the house was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the hot tub and walk down to the water front. ”

“We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment……

“Amazing cozy little hideaway perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space is beautiful and welcoming. Super comfortable accommodations with onsite parking. Hosts are super friendly and provided lots of suggestions for things to do and places to go. I will definitely be back!!”

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”
