「During my stay at the Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast, I experienced several issues that affected the quality of the stay. I discovered multiple bugs on the bedding, including on the pillow and blankets, and counted approximately five. I took photos and reported the issue immediately to the front desk. 「No refrigerator in room, no hot tub, no elevators, sheets were stained, some outside windows had screens coming off. Cleaning staff entered room while gone. No channels on the tv worked. 」

「So bad. I asked a non-smoke room and it still had strong smoke smell. Old, dirty, and not "really cheap". I never go to this hotel again, never!」
