「I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...

「This hotel was perfect for our family! We had our young 3 1/2 year old daughter and the room was set up upon arrival with the pullout couch bed for her. Great views of the bay from the balcony, awesome gravel running path around the lake, but most of all, incredible staff! From reception desk to the restaurant staff everyone was great! When we reported that $200 CAD was missing from my bag in our room, the reception staff did not take the situation seriously or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, we were told that “$200 is not a lot.” That response was completely unacceptable.
