“Beautiful villa right next to Sapphire Beach. Doesn’t get much better than this. Adam had everything you need to enjoy your vacation including games for the family, pool floats, snorkeling gear etc. The villa was immaculate and everything looks and feels new and clean. We loved it and can’t wait to book again next year! Huge bonus: Sapphire Beach Resort clears the seaweed daily by 10am so you can swim and enjoy! ”

“Great location and spacious home, but some drawbacksThe house was in a great location and had plenty of space, making it a solid choice for a large group. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. That said, the property felt a bit run down considering the price point. Also, Margaritaville next door had a significant seaweed problem during our stay, which caused an unpleasant odor in the area. “Really loved staying here. The beach was so close and even though it was the “seaweed” time of the year, the beach was beautiful and still usable. We were able to meet some neighbors at the pizza place next to the property who were very friendly.
The size of the unit was more than enough for the two of us and was well stocked with snorkeling gear, sun screen, and bug spray(very useful if you’re out at night).
We would love to stay here any time we visit St. Thomas!”

“Barbara was amazing, she’s the best. Rooms were decent, not bad. I am not too picky but picky people would not like to stay here. View was amazing. The coffee shop on site served healthy food, shakes, and delicious coffee. Beach is 30 minutes away if your walking - wear bright clothes because you will be walking on the main road. No side walks to the beach. ”
