「Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...

「員工很友善，有英語流利的外籍職員。入住前在 Expedia 發問也很快回覆。 房間很乾淨，備品有基本的，可免費借直/捲髮夾，是沙宣的。看到可加錢租switch 和 烤肉爐。有小廚房和洗乾衣機，很適合帶幼兒入住。 離上野站不算近，要走約十分鐘，但是一條直路，不難走，沿途很多便利店，往另一方向走六分鐘有超市。也算方便。」
