「Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt viele Angebote vom Hotel aus. Zwei große Außenpools (der untere ist sogar beheizt). Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar wirkt sehr unmotiviert und nicht professionell. Man füllt sich nicht willkommen, sondern bekommt das Gefühl, dass man stört. Die Kommunikation ist ziemlich schwer, das viele Angestellte nur ihre Landessprache verstehen und kein Spanisch oder Englisch.」
