The staff were super nice and helpful. They offer one pick-up and one drop-off at the Kawaguchi station. The room was beautiful. And the private onsen was wonderful. It’s expensive but definitely worths.

Excellent dinner and breakfast, spacious room and huge toilet and bathroom, well equipped with coffee/ tea machine etc. Staff really friendly. In-room check in and check out. 10 min. walk to JR station or 5 min. walk to tour bus stop. Though no lake view or Mt. Fuji view directly from room. Value for money.

這個是第二天我們住的房間，因為一早就要先拿行李到酒店，所以11點就到達，可以先放下行李再去週邊行行，有一個行大的超級市場，買了一些物品再回酒店，酒店很大，很靚，還有戶外的溫泉 很正 因為這個是密月之旅，酒店送了一支酒給我們。十分感謝 晚飯都十分好食，食完之後我們再泡多一次溫泉 雖然有下雨，都不錯 但有一個小小問題就是睡覺的時間有一點吵，不能夠安靜入睡

設施齊全不在話下，房間很大，部分燈光設有自動感應系統，省電之餘不用擔心深夜起床上廁所找不到廁所燈。 房內有可連接iphone的喇叭，和友人邊聊天聽音樂邊泡溫泉十分享受。 溫泉夠大溫度適中，可同時4人一起浸泡，即使天氣低至4度亦感覺舒服。 日本服務員服務好，不論在接送期間即使言語不通亦盡力介紹附近景點; 入住後不時關心住宿質素; 特製早餐，先查詢我們對什麼食物有敏感再安排廚師製作料理; 早上知道我們有機會外出所以預先放置我們的鞋在門口以及晚上在我們回來前放置好足夠拖鞋。由入住到退房都安排周到。 即使位置不方便，以上優點已完全蓋過。 值得推薦

超棒的溫泉旅館!!
這是我第一次入住溫泉旅館,但由於害羞,只會選擇有私人風呂的,這間就是我的選擇!!只有6個房間,我愛寧靜,這裡真的很能放鬆~在房間check-in,還細心的為我們介紹房間設備.很和諧的和室設計.附近的餐廳不多,可以預定旅館提供的晚餐,也是很豐富很美味的和式料理.

Excellent Stay
Friendly Staff especially it's not common in Japan to see a staff who can speak English fluently. The hotel is nice and there is an onsen in our room. The room is big enough for 4 people although we have 3 only. The dinner is awesome, it costs but it's worth to try and the breakfast as well. We got private hotspring in our room so we can 24/7 using it all the time. That's perfect!

房間極好
旅館房數很少，住客無須在大堂登記，服務員到房間為我們登記。房間很精緻，有暖爐、音樂、旅行裝髮泥予男士使用。唯雪櫃內飲品不是免費（很多貴價旅館都會包），另食物亦有待改善，比過往住過的日本中部、九州溫泉旅館差，較為失望。

good location, nice service, and staff are friendly and helpful. Very near the train station, and the hotel would provide you a free ride to the station. Staff may not be able to communicate in English very fluently, but they are very welcome to help and try to solve the problems for you.

很好的温泉住宿体验
很好的体验，温泉一流！酒店房间很少，一共三间大房，我们住了倒数第二大的房型（网站上译为行政套房），房间有客厅区，叹茶区，卧室，私家花园，私家温泉区。唯一遗憾是温泉区域和花园隔开了，不可以一边泡汤一边欣赏园景。据我观察，最大那个房型，应该是私家花园和私家温泉合为一体。下次必须要订到最大的那个房型。另外酒店包早晚餐，但要去统一的用餐区，不能在房间用餐，可惜了。这么大的房间，还期待着在房间用餐呢。

温馨的享受
非常开心的一次旅行，我们订的行政套房，房间里的多处“梦”字装饰正是我们名字，好像为我量身定制。院子内的私密温泉，虽然小，但是很温暖，很私密。早晚都去泡了，很舒服。虽然价格比价贵，很值得。酒店还提供免费接送到河口湖车站。服务很温馨，早餐是一道道精致的定制日式美食，味道很好。

We have spent 3 days 2 nights in this hotel. This is excellent. We like the private onsen and we can do this with privacy. We have included 2 dinner and I never expect that it is so much food and we were all very full. We recommend this hotel.
