Hotel is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station. My group came down from the rainy and windy Mt. Fuji hike, the last leg to the peak was cancelled due to bad weather. Hence we arrived at the hotel in early morning. Kurasawa-san, the general manager was very friendly and accommodating. He let us use a checked out room for cleaning up ourselves, and very soon another clean room was availed to us. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with furnishing and amenities well designed. The toilet and bathroom have separate entries, so they can be simultaneously and efficiently utilized, which for a large group of up to 5 members, is a very important convenience.

とても清潔でスタッフさんの対応も良かったです。部屋の中はとてもおしゃれで家にいるみたいな感覚になりました！ ただ駐車場が分かりにくく迷ってしまいました。外国人の方がたくさん歩いているので車での移動の際は注意が必要でした。 夜寝ようと思ったら2階の方の足音がうるさくなかなか寝付けませんでした。木造だから音が響きやすいのかもしれません。 また泊まることはないかもしれません。ですが良い思い出になりました！

Small hotel, street view of Mount Fuji. The room size is decent. Staffs are friendly. They have 2 floors, and no lift if you are staying in the 2nd floor. However, could be a little noisy if you are staying on level 1 due to the noise generated from the upper floor

Cute little hotel
This cute little hotel packs a mighty punch. It might be small, but location is awesome (700m from Kawaguchiko Station), amenities are satisfactory, cleanliness is superb, staff is friendly. It’s a perfect hotel for our short trip in Mt. Fuji area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and modernly furnished room! The staff gave five star service; they were always there to help with any of our needs. We felt appreciated and were treated as honored guests. This hidden gem gave our family an unforgettable home away from home experience. The room also had an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Additionally, it was far enough from the station to have privacy, but close enough to get to the station easily. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Perfect, convenient and cozy hotel
We only spent one night there but our host was very nice and helpful (he kindly allowed us to check in earlier!) The cozy hotel is only 8 minutes walking from Kawaguchiko bus/train station. You can rent bike nearby the hotel and find good restaurants in a walking distance too. Special mention to the cleanliness of the room ! Highly recommend !

This is a new hotel which is within close walking distance to Kawaguchiko station, Family mart & good restaurants thus made our stay very convenience. The hotel is small but very clean & comfortable. The manager is very kind & helpful. He tried his best to cater our needs. His recommendation for nearby restaurants are unerring too. Good luck Jinya Fujikawaguchiko hotel.
