"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don ’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. I didn’t like the smokiness of the 1st room, he must have assumed that I wouldn’t, because he had the next room key ready when we returned to the lobby.

It is an hour away from Haneda Airport but the Airport Limousine bus transportation is very affordable and transportation is with them is smooth and easy. I 100% recommend this hotel. "
